Principals appoint us as their Asia Sales Rep to generate their export sales by approaching Asia Importers, Distributors and major Retailers.

A. Appointment:  to solicit orders for those products and services listed in Principal’s catalogs and websites

B. Orders and Collections: orders for Products solicited by Representative shall be forwarded to Principal; All invoices in connection with orders received from Representative's territory shall be rendered by Principal, direct to the customer, and full responsibility for all collections

C. Monthly Retainer Fee + Sales Commissions:

(i) Principal shall pay Representative a monthly retainer fee for each country of representation, plus;

(ii) Principal shall pay Representative a negotiated percentage commission on the net invoice price for all orders received in or delivered into the Territory, exclusive of sales taxes, insurance, and freight charges. Commissions are earned upon issuance of an invoice by Principal

D. Sales Policy: All prices and terms of sale to be established by Principal

E. Agreement: a formal contract will be signed by both Principal and AsiaBIZ Strategy outlining terms and conditions

Without Client Representation

B2B Sales Lead Generation: same functions as above but without us representing  the Principal

Fee: lump sum project basis. No monthly retainer fee nor sales commissions
